Prior to venturing into the realm of real estate, I accomplished a significant milestone by attaining two university degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering. My professional journey encompassed years dedicated to roles in advertising sales and sales management. These experiences served to refine my prowess in marketing strategies and negotiation techniques. In 1996, my wife Galina and I embarked on a journey from Russia to New Zealand, driven by the pursuit of a better life and a thrilling adventure. Our daughter accompanied us, and in the years since, we have expanded our family with the arrival of twin sons, both of whom were born right here in New Zealand. One of our sons is presently a university student, immersed in the study of computers, while the other has achieved the position of a store manager. His journey began as a bike mechanic immediately after completing school, ultimately leading him to manage an electric bike store. Our daughter embarked on her own odyssey, venturing to London for her grand overseas experience. Her journey eventually led her to Los Angeles, where she found love, got married, and, alongside her husband, purchased a house. As we eagerly anticipate the next chapter, we are excitedly awaiting the prospect of becoming grandparents!
